Canned Sea beans :  
Canned Sea beans

Beans Sea is found in protected sites in Brittany where the waters are quickly renewed by tidal currents.
The harvest is done manually during the spring high tides. Bean Sea is particularly appreciated for its marine favor. He fed the elements present in its marine environment and concentrates all goods made to your well-being.

Ingredients : Beans sea, water, sea salt, lemon extract.
Best before: 2 years
Packaging: Availables in jars of 170 g and 400 g (net weight)

Canned Samphire
  

Samphire or "horn salt" is a small plant that grows in the saltmarsh on the coast of the Channel and the Atlantic.
The harvest is done manually each year during the months of June and July. It is inflated by a delicious salty juice that allows its use in many recipes.

Best before: 2 years
Packaging: Availables in jars of 170 g and 400 g (net weight)
Use : The samphire prepared as green beans, that is heated with water or steam or rissole with other vegetables. They embellish a raw vegetable, a fish, a dish or garnish toast.
