The Fresh seaweed Mustard is created from a base of organic Dijon mustard made from mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, water and sea salt.
Fresh sea lettuce and dulse are spun dry and incorporated into the mustard.
The amount of fresh seaweed included in the recipe before spinning dry is 25%.
